Starting June 1, 2025, the Positive List (PL) system will be fully implemented due to the amendment of Food Sanitation Act No. 370. Currently, there is a transitional period, but after full implementation, substances subject to regulation will need to comply with the PL. What is the PL? What substances will be subject to it?
